Sources Sought: Irrigation Canal Lining Maintenance and Repair - Colorado River Indian Irrigation Project (CRIIP) THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice is issued solely for market research and ISBEE (Indian Economic Enterprise) planning purposes. It does not constitute a solicitation, Request for Proposal (RFP), or a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract. The Government is not requesting quotes at this time, and no awards will be made because of this notice. The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Colorado River Agency is conducting market research to identify qualified ISBEE/IEE business concerns capable of providing maintenance and repair of the approximately 140 miles of existing canal lining; to repair or replace broken or missing segments of the concrete lining. The CRIIP diverts irrigation water year-round except for the dry-up periods. The Lateral 90 dry-up is one week in early December, the Main Canal dry-up is two weeks in mid-January, and Lateral 73 dry-up is one week in mid-February.
