It has been determined that WELCH MECHANICAL DESIGNS, LLC is the sole provider of Support design and structural analysis for Hiwrap, MBARS, CRS and COSSIR instruments on the NASA WB57 aircraft. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC).
