SOLICITATION NOTICE MULTIPLE-AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR GENERAL CONSTRUCTION SERVICES Solicitation No. 75N99027R00002 The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), National Institutes of Health (NIH), Office of Acquisition and Logistics Management (OALM), Construction, A&E, Facilities and Leasing Office (CAFLO), anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Multiple-Award Construction Contract (MACC) to support the ongoing construction, alteration, repair, and maintenance requirements of the NIH Office of Research Facilities (ORF). The resulting contracts will be multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) construction contracts. Work will be authorized through individually issued task orders. This acquisition is anticipated to be conducted using competitive negotiated procedures under FAR Part 15. The Government intends to award multiple IDIQ construction contracts under FAR Subpart 16.5.
