The proposed BPA will support the continued operation of automated fee collection systems used to process electronic recreation fee payments in remote and off-grid environments. The anticipated ordering period is five years, with individual purchases made as requirements arise. Description of Requirement The anticipated requirement includes the following services and supplies associated with existing SaniStar ROK systems: Preventive and corrective maintenance. Technical troubleshooting, equipment diagnostics, and remote support. Proprietary software maintenance, firmware updates, and security patches.
