AMENDMENT 0001 - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY! The purpose of this amendment is to formally update the solicitation and extend the proposal submission deadline as detailed below: 1. Change Set-Aside Status: This requirement is hereby converted from a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside to Full and Open Compeition (Unrestricted). Offers from all responsible commercial sources (large and small) will be considered. 2.
